re:publica 2025
WECAP DID: multi-camera live-on-tape recording, live streaming, postproduction for video on demand, audio recording

re:publica 25 took place from 26-28 May 2025 at STATION Berlin. The motto for this years’ festival for the digital society was “Generation XYZ”. The programme once again brought the most important topics relating to the internet, its communities and the opportunities and challenges that lie in the digitalization of society to the stages.
WECAP in partnership with long time partner ifbbw was responsible for a total of 10 stages. The main stage was live streamed in two languages with embedded closed captions and was captured entirely with high quality full frame cine camcorders including a steadicam.
WECAP also took care of the postproduction for video on vemand, audio recording and postproduction of 3 additional stages and supported over 20 live voice setups.
